Thanksgiving Baskets Program

Every year, the Thanksgiving Basket Program organized by the Lions Club and the Lunenburg Community Food Pantry, makes a significant difference in the lives of those who are struggling, especially during the holiday season.

Providing 125 baskets filled with essential items for a Thanksgiving meal shows a great commitment to supporting the community and ensuring that everyone can enjoy a warm and fulfilling holiday celebration.

Thanks to the generous donations from Dick's Market Garden, New England Apple Products, Sterlite and Lunenburg residents, this program provides much needed food for the holidays. Volunteers play a crucial role in making such programs successful through sorting and staging food donations, to working on day of distribution to fill all the baskets. You too can help! Contact us!
